Returns and Refund Policy

Aw, man! You didn't like our product... well, don't fret! Check out our returns and refunds policy below: 


  • We will gladly accept unused products in the original packaging within 30 days from the original date of purchase 
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • This policy excludes intimate items like swimsuits and underwear for sanitary reasons.

Unfortunately, there are few things that are exempt from being returned.

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Again, we also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary in nature, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • No returns on Electric Motorcycles.  

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Free Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error)
Refunds (if applicable)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email you updating you on the status of your return
  • Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your account again.
  • Then, contact your banking institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • After you've contacted your banking institution and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items

  • Sale and Clearance items are "Final Sale" and are excluded from our return and refund policies

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We will gladly replace defective, damaged items, or items with missing parts  with a like item, just shoot us an email at


  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card  will be mailed to you.


  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • To return your product, please contact us at
  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from said refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
